Hi, I think there is an issue with products images in home page with your “products” wp bakery module.
I selected to use full size images:
https://prnt.sc/tuzafo
but the website continue to use the thumbnail size that looks not good.
How to solve?

Site is in staging.

As I can see, our settings work correctly. Please describe what exactly is the problem in your opinion, and what result do you want to achieve.

Hi Rose,
thank you for your answer.
If you look better you can see that the image quality is not the same then “full” image.
Infact your module is using “thumbnail” quality image and not “full”.

Hi,

Try to regenerate images using Regenerate thumbnails plugin.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.

Hi Rose,
I think there is an issue in your module.
I regenerate images, but if analyze code:

I can see that is called always thumbnail image, but I want “full” image.
In private content area ftp account data.
