Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.

Clear cache of browser and check then.
If you need any further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin access.
