    Hello,

    As I can see, Media import was not installed. It doesn’t work for manual import also.
    This problem comes from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time – https://gyazo.com/b6d2e7d4f7e765ea8db08c245d6c63a6 , then go to import and select to import Media only – https://gyazo.com/fc5e45e83c009dd334efe31d3b934d83 If this doesn’t help. Ask your hosting provider to check the server error log, and solve errors from there.
