I can’t apply my changes to header and page layout

I can’t apply my color changes to header, I can see it change in customize page, but when I go into the website, it is still the same color as default.

And I did many changes by elementor, some of the changes can’t work, I deleted many elements and it’s still there, please help.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.
Enabled Elementor for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks and set https://prnt.sc/mwrWGIwC9p6w
Clear cache of browser and check then.
If you need any further assistance, provide temporary wp-admin access.
