Hello,

When you activate the default theme, widgets are different and it is normel, please set a few widgets into the Shop sidebar and check it all of them are displayed in “Thés Parfumés” category.
If you face the same problem independently of the theme, contact the support of WooCommerce and WP support. Let them know that the problem is independent of the theme.
