Is it possible to add text to this page (I want to report that the confirmation email may end up in spam)?
If so, how can I do this?

Is that notice from any plugin or what is that text?
There is no special options to edit thank you page, so you can either try any third-party plugins to edit that or copy /xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php to child theme /xstore-child/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php and edit that according to your needs by additional customization.
