To get better speed results, try to enable https://prnt.sc/DQME00NiFaxy in the settings of elements, which are not first on your Home page.
Our Core plugin is optimized, but a conflict with a 3rd party plugin is possible, which causes slow loading. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, clear cache, and check the speed then. (Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.).
