Hello,
1/ What errors in the server error logs do you get while facing error 500 ? If you get the 500 error in the browser then should be some error in the server error log. Contact your hosting provider to get more information about that. They should be able to guide you and tell you what happens. I suppose that you reach some server limit and it caused the problem.
2/ I can edit pages using Elementor – https://prnt.sc/2LbhJKrtnyPChttps://prnt.sc/JHJXZ57kr6fw Do you have the problem on a particular page only? Try to clear cache of browser and disable extensions of your browser and check the editor then.
3/ Changed it in the translation of the theme via Loco Translate. Please clear all cache including CDN cache, before checking the result.
