Hello,
I see that you installed Polylang plugin to create multilanguage site but if you want to use Polylang for the Products you need to install an additional plugin https://polylang.pro/downloads/polylang-for-woocommerce/
Could you, please, finish the installation of all the required plugins if you plan WooCommerce multilanguage site? Reply back once you install that and we’ll proceed with the issues fixing.
