You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.

This way I get an error. I do not use the theme on another site. I have deleted wordpress a few times and reinstalled.

You are right, please try to activate the theme now.
If you need to delete WP, do not forget to deactivate XStore first – https://prnt.sc/v107te
