1. Before my last message we contacted our server provider leaving the site configured with 6 times more execution memory than our other site with xstore, on the SAME SERVER … the other has no problem whatsoever
2. We will check what this error may be, the site is now absolutely collapsed making it difficult to make any adjustments or checking … we did not have this fatal error.
We will do everything possible to solve what we can on our side, …. it is not too much to remember the origin of this. We installed a new eq-store site, we bought a new license, installing the theme and xstore code absolutely updated, but it did not reflect the changes and the site was absolutely slow … we mentioned it because we read more than one user who had the same problem and reach with the speed of the new version and the visualization of the changes. Now we have a crashed site and a fatal error that does not allow us to enter to solve.
