I have the following problem, when working on the site settings such as Header builder, top bar, footer … the changes made once saved are not reflected on the site.
I have Xstore core and theme updated to its latest version
please urgent assistanceTheme version: 8.0.9
Do you use cache plugin CDN or server cache? Try to clear all cache and check then.
Do you use WPBakery of Elementor? Do you use Multiple headers?
Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off, clear cache of browser, and check the result. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.
Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Rose how are you
Unfortunately the aforementioned adjustments have not been successful. We privately share wp-admin access to you.
It is important to point out … we already have an xstore license, with which we have no problem. Along with this visualization deficiency of the changes that are being made, we note that this xstore version is noticeably slower than the one we have in another domain, despite not being 100% up to date with the updates. The new version takes time to process everything you do in it.
Rose, we hope you can help us solve these urgent problems.
Could you, please, provide us with FTP access to your site?
No problem, I share the FTP
Olga, it is important to us along with the problem of displaying updates is the speed of this xstore version …. this new site is similar to our other xstore licensed domain, the speed is definitely noticeable.
Greetings and thank you very much for your assistance !!!
We can’t update nothing because of Timeout error https://prnt.sc/20j8c6t
Could you, please, contact your hosting provider and ask to take a look at the timeout error that appears whole the time?
Reply back once they fix the error to allow us to proceed.
Hi Olga, how are you
The timeout limit has been increased. Please continue with the support for the indicated problems.
Greetings and attentive to any request
1) Some limits are still reached because we get 500 error for the ajax https://prnt.sc/20o364p
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to look at the server error logs. What errors do you have there?
2) Once we activate WooCommerce it causes fatal error. Follow this guide and try to solve this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63576290/how-to-solve-duplicate-entry-0-for-key-primary-in-wordpress
Because that error is not related to theme but to WooCommerce and DB.
1. Before my last message we contacted our server provider leaving the site configured with 6 times more execution memory than our other site with xstore, on the SAME SERVER … the other has no problem whatsoever
2. We will check what this error may be, the site is now absolutely collapsed making it difficult to make any adjustments or checking … we did not have this fatal error.
We will do everything possible to solve what we can on our side, …. it is not too much to remember the origin of this. We installed a new eq-store site, we bought a new license, installing the theme and xstore code absolutely updated, but it did not reflect the changes and the site was absolutely slow … we mentioned it because we read more than one user who had the same problem and reach with the speed of the new version and the visualization of the changes. Now we have a crashed site and a fatal error that does not allow us to enter to solve.
Can’t tell you the reason without server error logs. So, your hosting provider should check the server error logs and report us if you have any errors related to the theme or XStore plugin there. Because at this moment fatal error is related to WooCommerce and we can do nothing with this from our side.
Next time don’t skip the main plugins update for so long. Because as you can see it caused the issues.
And we would recommend testing updates on the staging site next time before updating the production site.
Waiting for the reply from your hosting provider.
Hi Olga, how are you
We have solved the fatal error caused by Wooc and we have been able to advance in the changes that are effectively reflected .. well for that! But now another problem has appeared … the shopping cart is working incorrectly, when adding a product it is not reflected in the cart and it indicates “empty cart”.
Please, you already have our access to wp and ftp
We will continue to review what happens, but surely you will be able to reach the solution sooner.
I checked that it does not work even with the Storefront (default WooCommerce theme), you may enable and check by yourself.
So, contact WooCommerce support about this issue https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ We can do nothing with this from theme side.
