Hello,
What browser do you use? Do you clear browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn to check your changes? Because Elementor saves his styles to css file and browser caches css files. Also, do you use cache plugin or CDN? You need to clear them both because if you make style changes in theme options or page or menu static block all these changes saved into css file and cache plugin and CDN caches these files and you won’t get changes until clearing. That’s why if your site is under development it would better to disable the cache plugin and CDN. Enable it once you finish development.
