Hello, can you please help me?
There are new problems:
1) when I create a new carousel of images, it does not have exit, previous and next slide, increase in size buttons and description field. This is a new article with problems

Hello,

1) We can’t connect to your FTP. Could you, please, provide us with correct access to your FTP?
2) It seems that WPBakery page builder removed description in one of the latest updates because it does not display description even with the default WP theme. You can enable it on the staging site and check by yourself.

– How to return description field? It is VERY important for my website.
– How to return previous and next slide?
Now the button for switching the next and the previous slide appears only IF YOU KNOW that it is there, and move SPECIALLY to the right or left on the image so that the button appears http://joxi.ru/YmE5DK7UMNRVJm . Before updating the theme, these buttons were visible ( http://joxi.ru/bmoKVx7SyJ3gYm ) and it was clear and convenient for the user how to switch the slide.
