Hello,
1) IE is out of date browser, new header builder includes styles that are not supported by the old browsers like IE. Did you check the statistic, how many of your customers use this browser?
4) It’s because of your content that is hidden for the desktop but visible for the mobile http://prntscr.com/pk1cvy I don’t know why did you add so many empty spaces elements.
5) Probably you edited that page because I don’t see the text there, the only image, but the reason was the same – hidden column for the mobile http://prntscr.com/pk1e9h
