Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check the menu then. Also, try to temporary disable Menu cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

Try to update plugins in next way:
Disable both plugins via the Dashboard > Plugins and delete them, then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install latest versions of plugins.
