Upgrade to latest theme (x-store) version from an older one + WP Bakery Upgrades

    Hey

    Can you tell me what is the best and safest way to upgrade to the latest version of x-Store from say version 6.0.

    Hello,

    Create a staging site (full copy of the production site) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to both sites. We’ll update the theme on the staging. You’ll check if everything is ok. If yes then we’ll update the production site. If not then we’ll fix issues if they are related to our theme.

    Hello,

    Smart Slider – this is not the theme bundled plugin. I don’t have information about update of this plugin.

    WP Bakery – you can find archive of the latest version here https://www.8theme.com/downloads Disable and remove the plugin and then install the latest version.

    XStore core – don’t update this plugin without theme update because it will cause compatibility issue.
