    Dear 8theme Support Team,

We are facing an Elementor Error 500 – “The preview could not be loaded” when trying to edit WooCommerce product pages using Elementor.

    Issue Details:

Previously, we reported the same Error 500 issue while editing Post Pages. Your support team made some changes to the settings, and the issue was resolved. However, we are not sure exactly what was changed.

Currently, Post Pages are working properly, but all WooCommerce Product Pages show Error 500 and cannot be edited using Elementor.

Why does Elementor work on Post Pages but not on Product Pages? It seems there may be a conflict between the XStore settings, Elementor, or the Single Product Builder.

    Our Request:

Please investigate and resolve the current Error 500 issue on Product Pages.

Identify the root cause and provide a permanent solution to prevent this issue from recurring on either Post Pages or Product Pages.

Clearly explain what settings or configurations you changed previously and what changes are required now.

Please provide step-by-step details with screenshots so we can understand and resolve similar issues in the future.

Please ensure that our existing website design, product content, and templates remain unaffected.

I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

We look forward to your support and a permanent solution.

    Hello @Taris,

Upon our review, we have identified that the potential cause of the issue on your Single Product page may be due to a disabled element in the Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/). We conducted a test on few widgets individually; however, given that there are approximately 350 elements, it was more efficient to enable all widgets, which we have already done. As a result, no errors are displayed on your Single Posts, Products, and other editors. Screenshots are attached in the private content for your reference.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear XStore Support Team,

Thank you for your support and guidance. Our website speed has improved and is now working reasonably well.

We manually migrated the website from the /rak/ folder to the main public_html directory using a ZIP file, without assistance from our hosting provider.

I have one clarification regarding the XStore theme license:

When I log in to my 8Theme account, the Live Domains section shows the same domain activated four times as http://tarisequip.com (please see the attached screenshot).

Our current live website URL is https://www.tarisequip.com/.

Do these duplicate activations or the old HTTP/non-WWW domain entries need to be updated or removed?

Since we moved the website from a subfolder to the main directory, do I need to deactivate and reactivate the theme license or update any XStore settings?

I haven’t made any changes to the theme activation after migration. Please confirm whether everything is fine or if any action is required from my side.

The website is currently working, and whenever we encounter minor bugs, your support guidance helps us resolve them. Thank you for your continued assistance.

    Hello @Taris,

For clarity, we recommend deactivating any duplicate or all activations that may have resulted from your manual migrations. Afterward, please register it correctly on your website. You can find more details in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/

    Best regards,
