Hello. We are using XStore 9.7.8 + XStore Core 5.7.8 + WooCommerce 11.1.2 with an Elementor Single Product template.
Variation galleries contain multiple images in each variation, but on the frontend only the first image is shown (or only one additional slide on some products).
We have already cleared caches and regenerated Elementor files/data.
This appears to be the same issue discussed in your topic “Variable product gallery displays only one image” from September 2026, where your team provided an updated XStore/XStore Core archive for testing.
Could you please provide the current fix/patch compatible with our Elementor Single Product Builder setup?

Hello, I have created a temporary administrator account. The login details are provided in the Private Content area. Thank you. Please make only the changes necessary to fix the variation gallery issue. Please do not modify our existing site design, Elementor layouts, product card styling, header, cart/checkout design, or other customizations unless necessary. If any broader changes are required, please let us know before applying them.

    Hello @ESA,

We have already released an update that includes improvements for variation gallery compatibility and other security fixes (https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/). We kindly ask you to update the theme on your website, after which you will be able to access the settings mentioned in our previous reply. If you still require our assistance, please clarify which product you need help with, and we will look into it (you can attach the url in private content area).

At this time, we have not updated your website, as you may need to create a backup first. Therefore, we kindly suggest reviewing our documentation before proceeding with the update: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    Hello,
We performed an additional test after updating to XStore 9.7.9 and XStore Core 5.7.9.
We enabled “WooCommerce variation gallery” and disabled the XStore “Variation gallery” as instructed. We then manually added multiple images again to the new WooCommerce variation gallery field of a test variation and updated the product.
Unfortunately, the additional variation images still do not appear on the frontend. So the issue is not caused by the old XStore variation gallery data not being migrated. Even newly added images in the WooCommerce variation gallery are not displayed.
The same problem affects all variable products on the website. We are using an Elementor Single Product template with the XStore Product Images widget.
The temporary administrator account previously provided is still active. Please inspect the issue directly on the website.
Please do not modify our existing design, Elementor layouts, header, cart/checkout styling, or other customizations unless necessary. If a broader change is required, please let us know first.
    Thank you.

    Hello @ESA,

We have noticed that you have set a variation gallery for a specific variation in the backend, as seen here: https://gyazo.com/9fd7d3c1205cd51cf9cf4285ee9de40c. However, these images were not displaying on the frontend because the Basic type layout (which does not display a thumbnails gallery) was selected in the Elementor editor: https://gyazo.com/af1daf8ea0bbb30e394d158ca90b1e1d. To resolve this, we have changed the layout type to another option: https://gyazo.com/bc924c43d2cc0dd9a85c816e8c80ddcb and cleared the cache for your product, which now displays correctly: https://gyazo.com/3fd830d15ccaf672d6f50547ab65333c. Please note that if you have only one image for your variation, the gallery will not display. To ensure the gallery is visible for all variations, please set at least two images.

Additionally, you can clear the cache globally to check the changes on other products.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
