Hiya, I noticed some arrow errors on my quantity box on the product page, quick view product page, and cart page on computer. Those up and down arrows are meant to be convenient for customers to increase or decrease the quantity of a chosen product, I guess. But the arrow is now right at the centre of the box which makes it impossible to read the input number for quantity. On my iPad, there’s no such an arrow shown at the same place though. How can I sort it please?
Many thanks.
Hello,
Please add this code in custom.css file:
.quantity .qty {
width: 50px;
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 959px) and (min-width: 768px) {
.quantity .qty {
width: 50px;
}}
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hiya, still not working after adding the css code. please advise.
Hello,
Please add that code incustom.css file not in default.custom.css and check again.

Robert Hall.
Hiya, I have tried again and indeed, from the first time around, I added the code to custom.css file under Appearance/Editor, following other codes for other changes obtained from you previously.
The Arrow is still at the 3/4 of the rectangular box. I have included the access details, please kindly have a look. Thanks.
I have the same issue. You gave me the custom css file code which has worked on the single product page and you removed the quantity arrows for me, but when you add items to the cart and then view cart and try and change the quantity the arrows jump over the box and you can not change them.
How do you completely remove these arrows from the view cart page too please?
Thanks
Ian
Hello @Ian Welham,
As I see the arrows are shown fine and quantity number is visible.
Could you please show a screenshot of the issue you have?
Thank you.

Hi Eva
I have updated the plugin now, but the issue persists. What to do now? Thanks
Hello @Trendyfeel,
Could you please show a screenshot of the issue for better understanding and describe with more details what you’re trying to achieve?
Thank you.

Sorry, can you please tell me how I can attach a screenshot here? Thanks
Hi Eva
Still having the issue. screen shot attached. This is Safari on a Mac.
This is when you choose view cart in the top menu. The top 2 where the arrows have moved are when you try to click on the arrows.

Hi, just an update, after I updated to today’s release 2.6.1 version, the arrow issue seemed to disappear just now. Thanks
