    Hello,

    1) You can create a static block with the desired content and add it in Single product builder via HTML block element.
    2) Add custom CSS code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS, for example 

    #reviews #comments > h2 {
    font-size: 16px;
    line-height: 1.6;
    font-family: Mulish;
}
