Hello,
There is no such problem on our test sites and we did not get reports from other customers.
Fixed. Please check now on your site, and enable all static blocks by yourself https://prnt.sc/Z5r8X6zYHUNw
It is a temporary fix, our developer will continue work on this question, so do not change access.
Please answer next questions:
1) did you “optimize” the database?
2) do you have a database query cache?
3) did you unlock any requests on the frontend?
