Hello,

Just purchased your theme but had problem installing the essential plugins but no idea why (it only states “failed” beside the 8theme core plugin installation and others)

I’m working on a local server (wamp)

Thanks for contacting us.
Please check requirements – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Try to install plugins manually. Archives of plugins can be downloaded from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ folder and activate them via Dashboard > Plugins.
