Please make sure that all required plugins are activated. Classico Core (formerly 8theme Post Types) should be updated to 1.2v https://www.8theme.com/downloads/http://prntscr.com/o4oztt
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
