Mobile Header Menu Is Not Work & Display also

Hi,
Mobile Header menu is not properly work here is list of issues with mobile header
1- One Empty Connection Block is not deleted from Main Header
2- Logo Add Option is not available in mobile header
3- Even if i add some block or all department option it will not display when i update website
