The store pagenation doesn't work, & checkout page is broken

hello there,

now when I go to the store, scroll to the bottom of the page, I see the pagenation buttons (1, 2, 3, arrow), button number 1 is selected hence page number 1 is the current page, but if I pressed any button it doesn’t response, I can’t navigate to any other page, how can I fix it?

besides that if I added an item to the basket & went to checkout there’s an error message printed saying:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_order() in /home/**/**/wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce/order/order-details.php on line 12

so how to fix it?

I tested them, when I created them, & 2 minutes ago I tested it again, & it works just fine

my friend you’re glad to hear that I tested the credentials & you’re colleague is telling me they don’t work, while the problem is still persisting?

Very sorry, I’ve miss this moment. But it’s realy problem with log to your FTP with this credenrials.
Perhaps you can login only with your IP address. It can be changed by you, or by hosting.

Actually I checked it & it works, if it doesn’t work with you then please do a tracerout & give me the print screen of it to provide it to my Hosting company
