On the website shrinking my site to mobile works fine. However, on my mobile device the effects are still the same, black words on the side menu, as well as the website does not load up at all. I’ve smushed all my photos to save space and memory but not sure what to do since a large majority of my users uses there cell phones.

The mobile version on the website isn’t working on the mobile devices, the load time is timing out so it doesn’t allow customers to purchase anything on there phones. The side menu is also black.

Hello guys, I have having major issues with the mobile aspect of the website. Pages don’t load on chrome or internet explorer. Pictures do not show up from what customers are telling me. Each browser always times out as well as the menu is black and hard to see.

This only occurs when i upgraded to the new woocommerce.

Hello I’ve found the issue the Wp WPLMImport plug in isn’t compatible with your theme. However I do have one more issue, the Visual composer needs to be updated. I paid for the update so i don’t have to come back to the forum for updates but unfortunately it’s not working at all. Can you guys send me the update for 4.4

Hello, The theme for me is messing up, The heading wont show anything. The logo on the menu doesn’t show neither. When i edit all the things such as the side menu for the shopping store nothing changes. I’ve worked on it with 3 different browsers and nothing works. please help

Hello, I’ve updated to 4.1 for wordpress unfortunately when selecting my categories on my shopping cart it gets redirected to a 404 page for each one. The side bar keeps showing but i don’t have the side bar function enable.
Also i need the Visual Composer updated

Hello and sorry, when i update the visual composer the update says completed but when i refresh the page I still have version 3.5.3 and not the updated version. its happen to a couple other plugins once before. You guys had sent me the plugin in an email which fixed the problem.
