    There are two methods to create and show the Footer on your site. You can use one method at a time only.

    A/ We kindly suggest editing the Footer block using page builder (Elementor or Wp-bakery) under WP-dashboard > Static blocks. Please adjust the settings according to your requirements and ensure to update it upon completion.     Let us know the results of the tests.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    it can be a static block shortcode.

    Additionally, If you wish to display the Image/text from the description of the category, You need to integrated an archive description widget into the product archive page layout.

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
