    Afterward, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    It is independent of our theme. Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    2/ Please Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://ibb.co/tZwzJSv

    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

    2/ We have thoroughly tested the “Sales Booster > Account Login/Register Tabs” feature without the Elementor page builder plugin activated. Based on our tests, the feature is functioning correctly on our test site. Please refer to the images provided in the private content area for reference.

    However, we did observe that while the login tab works as expected, the registration functionality on the “My Account” page does not operate without the Elementor plugin being active.

    To clarify, the Sales Booster features are generally operational without the Elementor plugin on our test site. However, if you encounter any issues, we kindly request that you provide a video demonstrating the problem so that we can investigate further and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that Elementor or WPBakery page builder plugins are essential for our theme, as the demos are built using these page builders. Additionally, the required plugins for our theme include a page builder (either Elementor or WPBakery), WooCommerce, and the XStore Core plugin.

    Not all theme features but some require Elementor plugin.
