    1/ The issue you encountered was due to third-party plugins being activated prior to importing the demo. To resolve this, we have deactivated all third-party plugins and successfully imported the demo on your website.

    2/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version with the Elementor plugin.
    Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess.

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

    2/ Please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

    This is a default functionality. Changes require additional code customization.

    Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

    If this doesn’t help, Please create new topic on our support forum and provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

This plugin will allow you to remove all existing content and start with a clean installation.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

    This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please reset the installation and provide us with temporary WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. We will then help you with the import, and let us know which demo you would like to import.
