    Hello, Incanda,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

2/ Furthermore, If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

3/ Please always use a one-page builder at same time to avoid any inconvenience (Elementor)

    Let us know the results.

    Best regards,

    Hello, @Ayaz,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We kindly request you to apply all the necessary patches to ensure optimal functionality. Before proceeding, please make sure to disable any cache plugins.

Additionally, please add the following code to the functions.php file of your child theme:

    add_filter('xstore_patches_done_reset_on_update_themes', '__return_false');

Once all patches have been applied, we kindly ask you to monitor the situation and let us know if the issue is resolved.

We hope this guidance proves helpful.

2/ Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern regarding the product image size on your website. We understand how important it is for the images to appear clear and properly aligned to ensure a great visual experience for your users.

Please read the next articles – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
The size of products comes not from our theme, but from WooCommerce settings in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.

Please note that once you change these settings you need to regenerate thumbnails using the appropriate plugin.

Regenerate Thumbnails: After changing the image size, install and run the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to ensure all images are resized correctly. This will help remove the blurriness caused by mismatched image dimensions.

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery and for products. In other cases, images may have different heights on the frontend.

We hope this helps. Further assistance you can get from the WooCommerce support team – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).

We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

3/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.

    Hello, @Praveen senthil,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins, CDN and weLaunch Framework ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
