    Hello, @Johan,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed.

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list.

    – Use any a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos.

For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it and we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    1/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
    2/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/
    3/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

For a comprehensive understanding of the specific issues that may be affecting your website’s speed, we suggest conducting a website speed test with GTMetrix https://gtmetrix.com/ -This tool can provide you with actionable recommendations to further enhance your website’s performance.

2/ Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems (it will be faster once a cache plugin is activated).

We trust that you will find this information useful in improving your website’s performance.

We trust that this guidance will be of assistance to you. Should you require any further support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,

    Hello, @James,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We are unable to access your website backend, Please provide valid wp-admin access in private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.

1/ You need to add images here – https://prnt.sc/YZj34ctVzZJS or unselect variations here https://prnt.sc/Qf3fg1LH4f6T or disable the variation gallery via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page https://prnt.sc/OPnhQpLo6TfC

2/ Please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

This is a default functionality. Changes require additional code customization.

    Hello, @Goostaf,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon reviewing your request, we have determined that the behavior you described is part of the default functionality of the hover image effect. If you would like to modify this functionality—so that the image changes on hover but reverts to the original image when the cursor is moved away—this would require additional code customization.

Alternatively, you are welcome to submit your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ -If your suggestion garners sufficient votes from other customers, our development team will consider implementing it in a future update.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    Let us know the results.

    Hello, @Abdelrahman Abdalla,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

By default, XStore provides a zoom feature and a lightbox for product images, but displaying the zoomed image beside the main product image instead of inside it requires some additional customization. Similarly, ensuring that the product gallery thumbnails open in a lightbox when clicked may require some modification or the use of a third-party plugin.

For any additional customizations beyond the default functionalities, we kindly invite you to submit a request through our Customization Panel at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that customization services are subject to additional charges.

    Hello, cloudtechltd,

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @GiadaManitese,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been successfully resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and check again to ensure everything is functioning as expected.

For your reference, we have provided images in the private content area to assist you further.

To address the issue, we disabled the “Hide categories with all hidden products” option located in **XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout**. This adjustment has resolved the problem.

We hope this solution meets your expectations. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
