    Hello, @Goostaf,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please temporarily activate the XStore parent theme on your website and check again. Let us know the result.

If it works correctly with the XStore parent theme then it is confirmed the issue is caused by your child theme additional code customization.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello, @EE Eric,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for any delay in our response, as it was the weekend.

1/ At present, XStore allows for the addition of only one custom tab with content for each individual product. This can be configured by navigating to **Edit Product > XStore Options**. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

However, if you wish to add multiple custom tabs globally across all products, you can achieve this by using the **XStore Builder**. Simply go to **Single Product Builder with Elementor**, add the desired product tabs, and update the settings. These tabs will then be displayed on all products.

2/ Should you require more custom tabs with content for each individual product, tab beyond these options, we suggest exploring third-party plugins such as:

    – WooCommerce Documentation on Editing Product Data Tabs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
    – YIKES Easy Custom WooCommerce Product Tabs: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-custom-woocommerce-product-tabs/

We trust this information will be helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @muhammad,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for any delay in our response due to the weekend.

In the Variations tab, assign images only to the “Color” variations, not to the “Size” variations.

By default WooCommerce variation creates all possible combinations of attributes (Color + Size). This means each variation includes both Color and Size options. If you want images to change only based on Color, follow these steps:

Go to Products > All Products and edit your variable product
Go to the Variations tab in the Product Data section.
Add Variation Image Gallery images only to the variations where the Color changes, even if they also include Size.

    Example:

Red – Small → Upload Red Image
Red – Medium → Use the same Red Image
Blue – Small → Upload Blue Image
Blue – Medium → Use the same Blue Image

Click Save Changes and then Update the product.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello, @muhammad,

    Thank you for your response.

should i do this step to every sive i have?

    Yes

2/ It sounds like your WooCommerce product variations are set up in a way that requires both “Size” and “Color” to be selected before the images update. If you want the images to change when selecting only the color (without requiring size selection), follow these steps:

    Adjust Variation Attributes:

Go to Products > Edit Product.
In the Attributes section, make sure “Color” is the first attribute (WooCommerce follows the order of attributes).
In the Variations tab, assign images only to the “Color” variations, not to the “Size” variations.
Save changes and check if the images update when selecting only the color.

Additionally, Please read official WooCommerce plugin documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello, @Don,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins -clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    Hello, @Subho,

We would like to clarify how the layout conditions work:

    – If you set the layout condition to **”All Product Archive,”** this means the layout will be applied to all archive pages, including the shop page and product category pages.
    – If you set the condition to **”Shop Page,”** the layout will only be applied to the shop page and will not affect product category pages.

We hope this explanation helps. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Hello, @EE Eric,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1. If you are using the Single Product Builder via Elementor, you can navigate to **Edit Template > Edit Single Product Tabs**, where you have the option to add or remove tabs as needed. Once updated, these changes will be applied to all products on your website.

    2. The product descriptions are managed individually for each product. You can edit them by going to **Edit Product > Product Description**. Since each product has its own unique description, any modifications will only affect the specific product being edited.

For your reference, we have attached images in the private content area.

    3. You may also customize the single product layout using the builder. Please refer to the following guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/ -This will allow you to reposition the **Tabs** element according to your preferences.

XStore builders > Single product builder via elementor layout work on all products.

    4. Additionally, to better assist you, please provide the URL of the page where you are experiencing the issue, along with your website’s **WP-Admin access** in the private content area. This will enable us to review your settings and offer the necessary support.

    Hello, @Subho,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We have reviewed your website and noticed that you are using the “Product Archive” layout with the condition set to “All Product Archives.” This means that the layout is applied to all archive pages, including the Shop and Category pages. As a result, the breadcrumb image is overriding the custom page heading image for this specific category.

If you would like to display a custom page heading image for a specific category page, we recommend modifying the product archive page condition from “All Product Archives” to “Shop Page Only” and then checking the results again.

By making this adjustment, the product category pages will follow the default layout and correctly display the custom page heading image for the selected category.
