    Hello, @liang,

    We would like to inform you that the memory size has been increased by adding the following code to the **wp-config.php** file using the **File Manager** plugin.

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    After completing this update, we have removed the **File Manager** plugin from your website for security and optimization purposes.

    Additionally, if you require further adjustments to the system requirements, you may do so via **cPanel** or contact your hosting service provider for assistance.

    Hello, @Siddharth,

    Thank you for your response.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing your website, we have identified that the issue is related to the custom “Add to Cart” widget.

    To verify this, we tested the **XStore Add to Cart/Buy Now Button** widget and found that it functions correctly without any issues. Therefore, we kindly recommend using the **XStore Add to Cart/Buy Now Button** widget as a solution to your issue.

    For your reference, we have recorded a video demonstrating our findings. You can find the video link in the private content area.

    Hello, @Siddharth,

    Thank you for your response.

    We have reactivated the XStore child theme on your website, as previously done. However, we have noticed that the “Add to Cart” button is not functioning due to additional code customizations made within the child theme. As mentioned in our previous message, this customization is the cause of the issue.

    Please note that custom code modifications within the child theme fall outside the scope of our basic support. We kindly recommend reaching out to your website developer to address and resolve this matter.

    For confirmation, we have tested the XStore parent theme, and the “Add to Cart” button functions correctly when it is activated.

    We hope this clarifies the situation. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    **Best regards,**

    Hello, @Siddharth,

    Thank you for your response.

    1. During our investigation, we activated the XStore parent theme on your website and did not encounter any issues. It appears that the problem is related to the XStore child theme currently in use.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the customizations made to your child theme with your website developer and requesting their assistance in resolving the issue.

    2. Additionally, we have checked the single product layout using Elementor under **XStore Builders > Single Product Builder** and noticed that you are using a custom “Add to Cart” widget.

    To ensure optimal functionality and avoid any potential issues, we recommend using the **XStore “Add to Cart/Buy Now” button widget** instead.

    We hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

    Hello, @Siddharth,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ -After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    2/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you.

    Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Hello, @Anurag,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1/ For detailed guidance on Fake Sale Popup, please refer to our documentation available at: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/fake-sale-popup-2/

    Should you wish to customize the Fake Sale Popup to display locations within country and its cities, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Sale Booster.
    2. Select ‘Fake Sale Popup’.
    3. Click on ‘Edit Settings’.
    4. Navigate to ‘Locations Description’.
    5. Add or remove locations as required.
    6. Save your settings.

    For your reference, please see the attached image which illustrates these steps. https://paste.pics/RCHSV

    2/ Found that the issue was caused by saving emojis. Save your locations without emoji, for example, https://prnt.sc/IQogaQrdJNsZ
    Also, contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it is set to utf8_general_ci.
    Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.

    Here you can find a description of the same issue https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/emoji-removed-from-custom-fields/

    We hope this helps. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Hello, @George,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ By default, WooCommerce displays the price for variable products in two locations, particularly when different variations have different prices. The price range is shown at the top of the variation form, and the final price is displayed once a specific variation is selected. Unfortunately, WooCommerce does not offer a built-in option to modify the initial price display. Implementing such a change would require additional customization.

    2/ Please note that the behavior you are observing is the default functionality of WooCommerce variable products. These products are managed by the WooCommerce plugin.

    If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding WooCommerce’s functionality, we kindly recommend contacting their support team directly via the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Should you have any additional inquiries, feel free to let us know.

    Hello, @js tech,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

    We are writing to address the issue you have been experiencing with your website’s slow loading speed.

    We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list.

    – Use any a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos.

    For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, Please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it and we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    2/ Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) scores with 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. Hello, @George,

    Thank you for your response.

    To hide the price range only for variable products while keeping the price visible when an option is selected, use the following CSS.

    /* Hide price range only for variable products */
    .single-product .product.type-product.woocommerce-variation-price .price {
        display: block !important; /* Show price when a variation is selected */
    }

    .single-product .product.type-product p.price {
        display: none !important; /* Hide the default price range */
    }

    This ensures:

    The price range is hidden on variable product pages.
    The selected variation’s price appears when an option (size, color, etc.) is chosen.
    Single-priced simple products are unaffected.

    Please see the images for reference in the private content area.

    Hello, @muhammad,

    Thank you for your response.

    By default, WooCommerce does not offer the functionality to filter products by color (or any attribute) independently without selecting other attributes like size.

    Here’s how it works:

    WooCommerce treats product attributes (e.g., color, size) as part of variations. This means that to filter products, you typically need to select all required attributes (e.g., both color and size) to see the variation gallery images.

    Unfortunately, the default WooCommerce setup does not allow filtering by a single attribute (like color only) out of the box.

    To achieve the behavior you’re looking for (filtering products by color without selecting size), you’ll need to use a third-party plugin. These plugins are developed by external providers and can extend WooCommerce’s functionality. However, please note that using third-party plugins is done at your own risk.

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Hello, @muhammad,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We would like to inform you that WPML is a premium plugin designed to facilitate multilingual translations on your website.

    When you are ready to add additional languages, WPML is a powerful plugin that we recommend for creating a multilingual website. It is compatible with XStore and will enable you to manage translations across multiple languages efficiently https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ . WPML also offers multi-currency functionality, which should cover your needs for both multilingualism and multi-currency support.

    Alternatively, Loco Translate is a complimentary plugin that enables on-site translations through the Dashboard. For further information, please visit: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Should you require translation for a single language, we recommend utilizing the Loco Translate. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    We trust this information will be of assistance to you. Should you have any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
