    You can easily create product attributes under the WordPress Dashboard in the Products section and then set those attributes in a variable product. When you select the variation and add it to the cart, the particular variation will also be displayed in the cart.

    2) We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, and clear the browser cache, and then check again.

    We regret to inform you that there is no available option to modify the title and content length of a particular element. The length of the content is dependent on the width of the container (columns) of the row. If you increase the column width, the content will be automatically adjusted to fit in a single line. Alternatively, you can reduce the number of columns from four to three and check the result.

    We would like to explain that when the Variation Gallery is enabled on the product page, the product will only display the Variation Image Gallery and not the product video and product gallery simultaneously.

    It is a default functionality of the Variation Gallery option and You can post the request to our taskboard https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team can read it there.

    If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it to one of the upcoming updates.

    Such a thing may be not implemented yet due to the complexity of the implementation process, unfortunately.

    In order to address your issue, please use the page builder to edit your page, then navigate to the Settings of the element and disable XStore Ajaxify, Lazy Loading, and save the settings.     Also please navigate to Xstore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization and make sure to set the “Image Loading Type” as default.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add the chat icon to the bottom menu in mobile without extra customization.

    However, you can use custom CSS code to change its place to just above the mobile bottom menu.

    Please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache:

    If you would like to display all product reviews in one place, you can use the “Reviews” widget that is included with WooCommerce.

    To do this, please navigate to Appearance >> Widgets and create a new sidebar. Then, use the “Recent Product Review” widget under it.

    Next, go to the page where you would like to show the reviews and use the sidebar element. Select the particular sidebar to display.
