Hi there, we are migrating a client site from his old theme to xstore, we have added the brands ONLY and TOM TAILOR to the brand “category” that is provided by the theme, with some 400+ and 200+ products respectevly. The problem is that when we select to view the brand we get the error 404 page not found. Are we missing something?
    Thank you

Hi Tony, we noticed that there was an attribute with the name “brand” and the slug also se to “brand”, so thinking of a possible conflict between the the themes Brand ant the existing attribute slug, we changed the attribute slug to “brand2” and flushed the cache. The result now is when we try to view the brand page the url starts off initialy with “https://regel.gr/brand/tom-tailor/” and after a few secs redirects to the home page.
Thats the situation now, you can find the credentials in the private section, thank you

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Kostas,

We are grateful for your efforts in finding and debugging the issue.

We have tested your site again and modified the slug name and name of the brand attribute, and now your brands are functioning properly.

We have recorded a video of the process for your reference; please view it here: https://www.veed.io/view/43543a37-333b-41e5-b66a-67d3d0e95fe2?sharingWidget=true&panel=share
