    We recommend disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    When you change the WordPress database prefix, it is generally recommended to disable all plugins and themes as a precautionary measure to ensure the process goes smoothly without any conflicts. Disabling the themes and plugins helps prevent any potential issues that may arise during the prefix change.

    When you reactivate the theme after changing the database prefix, there is a possibility that you might lose some changes you have made to the theme. This can occur if the theme options or settings are stored in the WordPress database using the old prefix.

    To avoid losing your changes, it’s always a good practice to back up your theme before making any changes. There are a few different methods you can use to back up your theme:

    1. Manual Backup: You can manually create a backup of your theme files by downloading them via FTP or using a file manager in your hosting control panel. Simply copy the entire theme folder to your local computer or a separate location on your server.

    2. Theme Options Export/Import: Our theme provides an export/import feature for its options. This allows you to export the theme settings to a file and then import them back after reactivating the theme.

    3. Child Theme: If you have made customizations to your theme’s files, it’s always a good idea to use a child theme. A child theme inherits the functionality and styling of its parent theme while allowing you to make customizations without modifying the original theme files.     We suggest that you navigate to WP-Dashboard >> Static Blocks and create a new static block. You can then use the “Accordion or General Tabs” element and set it according to your requirements.

    Once you have published it, please navigate to Xstore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder and use the “Custom HTML” widget. Select the particular static block to show in the desired location and publish it.

    2. on their popup cart, they give options on to add other products (before you go)

    If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

    OR

    You can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

    3.The bottom section near the checkout button shows safety badges.

    We regret to inform you that the only way to add images/text to the cart popup is by using a static block or HTML code. We suggest that you create a new static block with the desired content and then use the shortcode of that static block in the “Promo Message Content” section under XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Cart. Please refer to the screenshots provided for further guidance.

    Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

    These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

    If you do not want to disable “All Tabs Opened” and then “First Tab Opened” via Tabs settings in Theme options, this behavior can’t be changed.
    Current behavior is predefined in theme code and can’t be changed without additional customization there, unfortunately, there is no ready solution right now.

    You can try to do the next:
    – go to Single Product Builder > Tabs > Elements > disable Description and Reviews
    – Detached Reviews > On; All Tabs Opened and First Tab Opened > Off;
    – add Full description element from the bottom panel into page content before tabs – https://prnt.sc/vb-Zl8d5Dr_f
    – check the result.
