    1/ Please test how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated on the site. Let us know the result or even record a video of your actions and issues.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    If the issue persists with the (Storefront) theme, We would recommend that you, Please contact WooCommerce plugin Support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Once the issue is resolved with the WooCommerce default theme – Storefront then It will auto work correctly with the XStore theme.

    2/ The checkout page comes from WooCommerce. We would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
