    I have successfully logged into your site and reviewed the two custom product archive layouts you have created using Elementor, namely “Categorias” and “Tienda.” These layouts are visible in screenshots 1, which you can find in the private content area.

    Upon examining the conditions set for these layouts, it appears that the “Tienda” layout is designated for the Shop page, while the “Categorias” layout is applied to all product archive pages.

    Further, I have inspected the “Tienda” and various other random product category pages. I am pleased to report that everything is functioning correctly, and the CSS is also performing as expected. For your reference, please see screenshots 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the private content area.

    It seems likely that the issue you are experiencing may be related to caching. I would recommend clearing your cache to see if this resolves the problem. If the issue persists or if the results are not as you intended, please provide a more detailed description of the problem. However, you have encountered an issue where the sub-categories are not being displayed as expected.

Unfortunately, this widget does not support the hierarchical display of sub-categories. We recommend using the “Product Categories” widget instead, which includes the option to show categories in a hierarchical structure and should meet your needs for displaying sub-categories.

    1/ The translation should be done for the parent theme, and it will be automatically inherited by the child theme.

    The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in the child theme that includes localization functions.

    2/ Please rename xstore-es.po to xstore-es_ES.po, and xstore-core-es.po to xstore-core-es_ES.po

    3/ Please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Settings > General > Site Language > Select language same as it is you are using in loco to translate website and save settings.
