Hello,
Do you mean the same problem is visible when the Storefront theme is activated?
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Best Regards,

Hello,
Upon visiting your website, we noticed that dark colors were predominantly used, and some of the text were difficult to read. To address this, we have activated the dark mode feature through the Theme Options > Styling settings, and set the white color via Theme Options > Typography.
You can change the background color here – https://prnt.sc/5vEJ2KC2dyC3 , for example – https://prnt.sc/lV6aa3LmpbS6

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

The 8Theme Team
Hello, JiPanditJI,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront?
Typically, such issues are not related to the theme itself, but we would like to confirm.
Then contact support of the Recaptcha plugin to get further assistance.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello, Warshne,

Hello, Martijntje,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Have you cleared cache after the update?
1/ Please provide a video example and URL of the page you are talking about.
For example, the cursor works fine on links of My account page – https://gyazo.com/bbec64614bb9585523fe5a0a30206364
2/ To check and solve the Internal server error you need to contact your hosting provider because this is a server-side question.
3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ). After that, clear the cache of the browser, and then check the result. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello, Warshne,
In this case, you will need to remove the sub-items https://prnt.sc/IXNgDpXqcsmg
Additionally, this video demonstrates how to add sub-items: https://youtu.be/OnxkixHtVLI?feature=shared However, in your situation, you will need to perform the opposite action. You can either drag the sub-items with your mouse cursor to make them main menu items or delete them entirely.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello,
Please note that the brand showcasing page is a custom-designed page and not a standard WooCommerce page. As a result, eCommerce widgets are not compatible and cannot function on this page.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello, Damage Case,
