Note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

As I recall, there was nothing overly complex in the setup. Please navigate to Appearance > Menus > and try editing the menu. You should not encounter any issues during this process.

Switching themes should not cause any significant issues. However, it may result in a change in the positioning of widgets. To address this, we recommend the following solution:

4/ Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.
