    We would like to inform you that we do not store videos from clients’ websites on our servers. Therefore, if you did not download the video, unfortunately, we do not have it either to provide to you.

    As I recall, there was nothing overly complex in the setup. Please navigate to Appearance > Menus > and try editing the menu. You should not encounter any issues during this process.

    Additionally, could you please test if the same pricing issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (You can switch themes via Appearance → Themes). If the issue persists regardless of the theme being used, it would confirm that the problem is unrelated to the theme.     Switching themes should not cause any significant issues. However, it may result in a change in the positioning of widgets. To address this, we recommend the following solution:

    Before switching themes, navigate to the Appearance > Widgets tab. This will allow you to easily move the widgets back to their correct areas after switching.

    4/ Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, ​please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.
