You need to create the Static block with your widgets and content http://prntscr.com/e2jzmq http://prntscr.com/e2jzy0. Then add “8theme – Static Block” widget in Appearance > Widgets > Footer 1 or Footer 2 area and select the block you created.

As I see, you set this static block in Appearance > Widgets and it already displays on all pages. You can change color in Static Blocks section and edit this, or Theme Options > Footer.

Please activate default Woocommerce theme Storefront on your main website, check if the problem persists and let us know the result. If you activate Storefront theme your content will be saved, only template will be changed, but you’ll get it back once switch to Royal again.

To disable demo footer go to Theme Options > General > Show footer demo blocks > Off.
You need create your own footer in Static Blocks as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/footer
To enable VC editor in static blocks go to Visual Composer > General Settings > Content Types and tick “static blocks”.
