    Hello,
    I was trying to find a solution for it, but with no results (sorry).
    How can I tranlate footer (static blocks)?

    Hello,

    If you added footer via Appearance > Widgets you need use different widget per language. Please refer to this article https://wpml.org/2011/03/howto-display-different-widgets-per-language/ .
