Hi guys some of our users have sent in photos of our site on a mobile device showing a completely overlapping layout, i have attached some images

Hello,

I don’t see such issues. Could you please specify a device where you’re experiencing the problem?
Also, credentials you provided are incorrect. Check them and provide the correct one.

Hi Rose,

The devices at the moment that are showing this error are iphone 7’s they are customers not myself, who there be something that is stopping the pages loading right?

Hello,

Try to disable all 3-rd party plugins, clear browser cache, and check the issue.
Also, check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront.

Try to delete this code in your Custom css:
