    After that provide us with FTP access, and we will check the issue more deeply in your site.

    We do not have this problem on our test site, which means we will need to check the situation on your site more deeply, for this correct FTP access is required.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing compatibility issues with our theme.

    Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, ​please try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it, you need to contact your hosting provider.

    Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > the latest fatal error file. As we can see, seo-by-rank-math plugin causes errors. Please contact support of the plugin to solve this or disable this plugin and check how the site works then.

    1/ Please go to Static blocks > check “test footer” created using WPBakery. And test it when the Elementor and Pro Elements plugins are disabled (static block should be selected for the Footer via Appearance > Widgets > Footer area).

    2/ Theme Options > Header Builder > Header Templates > Export your content header settings in a file (to be able to restore it), then select the desired demo version in “Ready To Go Headers” and the header will be replaced on your site.
