    We strongly recommend updating the theme initially, followed by updates to the core plugin and other plugins.

    Please be assured that we have not updated the theme on your site without your request.

    If all modifications to the theme files were correctly implemented through the child theme on your end, you will not lose any changes after updating the parent theme.

    The error persists if the file is not empty. To address this issue, we need to take the following steps:
    1) Could you please confirm if you have made any recent changes to the theme files?
    2) We recommend upgrading PHP to version 8.0 or 8.1, as the issue might be related to the current PHP version.
    3) In the meantime, we will disable the problematic control panel tab to prevent further issues.

    disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore
    (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issues.

    Please note that the header was created using Elementor. Consequently, you should disable the header builder via the Theme Options, as settings configured there will not be effective. Only the settings adjusted through the Elementor header builder will be operational.
