    Do not worry about these files, default.custom.css doesn’t make an effect on work of your site, so you may simply continue to use custom.css file that already exists.

    It seems like some Firewall on a server is blocking the access.

    On single product page, you may see this problem http://prntscr.com/gmm3j7 to solve it, at first update all required plugins if this won’t help, try to upload product image in .jpg format.

    Hello,

    All available theme search settings can be found in Theme Options > Search.
    Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the theme to search for products by SKU (product code). You need to use third-party plugin for it.

    Hello,

    I’ve updated theme and woocommerce, but you also need update all required plugins.
    To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins).
    To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ . The latest versions of plugins you can find here.
    Also, I’ve synchronized your translations. Only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You lost only strings that were changed.
    Also you need re-upload product images from .png format into .jpg.

    Please follow these recommendations. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    Please try to turn off Ajax Add to cart in Theme Settings and then check. It will function only if this option is disabled cause this plugin “WooCommerce Product Add-ons” is not compatible with Ajax, and uses the method POST.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
    Please rename “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ and upload woocommerce folder from the latest theme archive that you may download on ThemeForest, clear cache and check. If your problem will be solved, simply delete the old renamed woocommerce folder, if problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access in Private Content.
