You can manage Footer paddings at Theme Options > Styling > Footer > Footer paddings.

Hello,

I would recommend you activate default theme, for example, Storefront theme, on your site, then update all plugins http://prntscr.com/gt251j and update the theme via FTP (you need delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/idstore/ (via ftp) there is only one such folder, you do not need to delete plugins before theme update), after that, you may activate idstore theme.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!

Hello,

1. You can delete Product Thumbnails Width and Height in Theme Option, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Single Product Image settings. Use hard crop if you want to crop images.

Then regenerate thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
2. Please provide screenshots of the brand slider on your page.

Hello,

Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/) and then check.

Hello,

To enable VC editor in static block go to wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick needed elements.
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content and I will help you recreate the Instagram element.

Very likely the problem relates to compatibility our theme with some 3-rd party plugin that you use on site.
