We do not have this problem on our test installation, so very likely the problem relates to your 3-rd party plugins, it would be better try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem, also please contact WPML plugin support and explain the situation.
This is a plugin to compatible to your theme.

Please install and activate default WC theme Storefront and check if this issue appears with our theme only, or with default theme too. If the problem appears with our theme and everything works fine with the default theme, I will pass this topic to our developers, unfortunately, they will be able to check it only tomorrow.
