Also related to the mentioned missing font style we checked if the “”Dancing Script”, cursive” is enabled and it is but the font looks totally different? Do we need to embed the font somewhere?

The terms & conditions link relate to woocommerce functionality so you need to check the problem with default woocommerce theme – Storefront.
On my test site, I see visual composer code in terms & conditions area even with the default theme, so this situation relates to woocommerce functionality and can’t be fixed from our side.

1) Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check the WPML problem.
